Kiwi Fish And Chips Broadbeach

Over 30 minutes for a burger and chips and can meal (I think they forgot about my order) When it was finally ready I was only given the burger and when I reminded them I ordered chips I was given cold chips and about half of them were burnt. I asked for a can of Sparkling Duet and was rudely told they were a dollar extra even though I had already paid the extra dollar when I first ordered. The burger patty was luke warm, bun had not been toasted (if you're a kiwi you expect a toasted bun!) Fair to say I was very disappointed after such a long wait. Also, no fish available as they had turned off the fish fryer over an hour before they closed. Who turns off an essential piece of equipment (You are a FISH and chip shop) over an hour before closing time?
